Buying Procedure & Deposits
This section is designed to cover the buying procedure from start to finish. We have listed the procedure starting
with
buying from auction
and then we move to
fixed price stock units
.
The following applies to both procedures.
We will take up to 30 photo's of purchased cars only when they arrive at the port. This is done at our
earliest possible convenience. Payment is not subject to this. (please do not ask)
We only buy cars that have been agreed upon by you the client and ouselves. We will not enter into
negotiations or bidding without 100% approval of our client
We will not purchase or bid on vehicle without the agreed upon deposit being recieved in either our TT
(telegraphic transfer) or Paypal account
Auction sheet translations are only available to
deposit
holders
New customers receive 1 free estimate. You must be a deposit holder to receive subsequent estimates

Buying From Auction
Decide what sort of car you would like and make sure that it is eligable to your country
Contact us
for a
free estimate
of what this vehicle will cost all up from Japan. We cant keep
up with local tax laws etc in every country so please research your local importation rules
prior to purchasing
Upon receiving your estimate you can start
searching for cars
or have us send examples to you
from alternative auctions that are not available to the public. (
please send me examples
)
When you have found the car of your choice open a
ticket
with us and you will be assigned
an account manager (
I wish to open a ticket
)
Ask you account manager to have the page translated fully and have the translation emailed
to you. You will recieve a full and accurate description of this car. The information provided
is a translation of the actual auction sheet and we do not accept resposabilaty for any inaccuracies
written by the auction house
We will physically inspect the car upon request and give you a full report on the day plus take
an additional 6 pictures and send them to you via email. This can only be done with time frames
taken into account.
We can only inspect cars within the major Tokyo area. Any inspections outside of Tokyo are done
at the customers expence.
*note that you must have a
deposit
in place for physical inspections*
Discuss with your account manager an agreed upon maximum bidding budget. Your account
manager will not bid on any car without knowing your firm price. This must also be confirmed
by email.
Budgets must be discussed at least 12 hours minimum prior to auction
Make sure that your deposit is paid for us to proceed
We will bid on the car up to your maximum budget on the day. If we are successfull you will be
notified by email or phone call by your account manager the same day
If you are successfull you will pay the amount on the final bid which will be either under or close
to your bidding amount.
Example:
Your bid is 250,000 JPY, the car sells for 255,000 JPY, You miss the car
Your bid is 250,000 JPY, the car sells for 210,000 JPY You win the car
*you will pay 210,000 JPY*
Your account manager will invoice you for the car and our
buying fee
.
Shipping and any
additional charges
will be invoiced seperately only once we have recieved
the final accounts from the shipping company
Depending on your account status you will be given due time to settle your purchase
Your car will be transported to the closest port for shipment. Transport inland can take 2 - 8
days subjuct to where it was purchased from
Upon recieving your funds we will request shipping instructions, fast apyment is imperrative for fast
shipping confrmation.
We will advise you of shipping confirmation which usually takes 10 - 24 days from payment being
recieved. Note that some countries may have longer shipping delays due to shipping frequency.

Most countries are survised fast and efficiently however there are exceptions and if you are
in any way concerned please

During this time we will take additional photographs for you. These photos are done at our
convenience and will not be extended upon in any way.
Once shipping is confirmed the arrival of your car will take from 10 - 40 days depending on your
countries location. Please ensure that you have a customs agent prepared
You will recive the paperwork only once the vessel is underway. We do not receive any paperwork
until this time so it can not be sent sooner.
In some cases your shipping fee will need to be paid prior to the documents being sent.
We use EMS for document delivery. If you require a faster service you will be charged accordingly
Upon receiving your car please treat it with some care initially as it may have been sitting for
quite some time. It is advisable to have all the major fluids replaced.

Tell your account manager the following information so that he can find the car for you.
Make, model, milage, colour, & the last three digits. Or alternatively just copy the URL and
send that. Your account manager will call the dealer and try to secure a better price for you.
*note, there is no guarentee that the dealer will sell to us! we have 70% chance*
If we are successfull and the dealer agrees you will be required to pay your deposit or
The full price depending on the value of the vehicle
*note that dealers will never take any more pictures so please dont ask*
